On October 24, in the gymnasium of HXIT, Professor Yan Chenglong, the head of the Sports Protection and Rehabilitation Studio, invited Director Cheng Yang, a sports rehabilitation expert from Hubei Institute of Sports Science, to come to the general education class of Sports Protection and First Aid of HXIT to share real cases of sports protection and rehabilitation. In addition to the students in the general education class, the members of the sports rehabilitation group of the Physical Education Department participated in the study.

The whole class discussed from the thematic direction of sports protection and rehabilitation. In the case section, Director Cheng Yang introduced how he helped many famous athletes in the national team to give rehabilitation guidance after sports injuries. In the discussion stage of the class, the students put forward their own injury problems after the sports. Director Cheng Yang answered them one by one. Through the accumulated clinical real cases on the field over the years, he presented a specific and vivid competitive sports world, everyone benefited a lot.

This general education course enhanced our understanding of sports injuries. This activity combined professional education with general education, which invited experts into the campus classroom, and implemented the integration of industry and education, general and professional education into the classroom, achieving good results.
