From May 27 to 28, 2022-2023 National Cheerleading League (Wuhan Station) kicked off in the gymnasium of Wuhan Donghu University. "Overlord Flower" cheerleading team won three championships, with excellent results for the 19th anniversary of HXIT gift.

The team is composed of students from various majors in HXIT. The game was assigned to 24 people. Under the guidance of Zhao Yan and Fu Jinxin, the players won three programs of the league (Wuhan station) through fierce competition. Zhao and Fu were awarded the title of Excellent Coach and Participating Coach respectively.

Zhao said, the campus cheerleading sports combined sports with art is very popular among students, which can reflect the passion of the youths, enrich the campus sports culture activities and keep healthy both physically and mentally. It has a very important role in the construction and formation of the harmonious campus culture. The good performance of this competition is the result of the joint efforts of all the teachers and students. In the future, the cheerleading team will work hard and strive to add another honor to HXIT on a higher and bigger stage.

       It is reported that the league (Wuhan station) was held by the Gymnastics Administrative Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, China Trampoline and Technology Association. It has set up a total of 8 groups, 9 events, which attracted 171 teams from the country, nearly 4000 athletes to participate in the award competition.
