It has been reported that HXIT’s youth volunteers will be providing services at the 15-kilometre supply station for the participants of the 2024 Wuhan Marathon. To ensure the smooth running of the event services, HXIT held a pre-marathon volunteer training conference themed "Carry the Light, Embrace Your Passion!" at the Academic Lecture Hall on March 12th.

During the conference, the speaker, Wang Zitong, elaborated on the race's route, timing, the duties and rights of volunteers, and underscored the significance of service processes, including smiling service, uniform attire, enhancement of professional skills, and consistently enthusiastic service attitude. She emphasized that this not only showcases the image of the volunteers but also represents the image of the school.

Finally, she highlighted the importance of safety and the significance of participating in volunteer services with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, aiming to demonstrate the elegance of young volunteers on the Wuhan Marathon field.
