On the afternoon of December 25th, the establishment and unveiling ceremony of the Intelligent Language Service Industry School of HXIT was held. Fu Qiang, vice president of Transn IOL Network Technology Co., Ltd., Wang Yuehua, HRBP manager of the Wuhan Branch of Guangzhou Zhixian Daoyuan Information Service Co., Ltd. (Yuanfudao), Chen Hang, deputy general manager of the Wuhan Branch of Shenzhen Youtongda Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., and other enterprise representatives attended the event.
President Wu Yongqiao, Vice President Ding Chengzhong, Liu Pei, dean of the School of Foreign Languages, Xia Ting, executive dean of the School of Information Engineering, and other teachers attended the event as teacher representatives. The ceremony was presided over by Bai Yanqin.

In his speech, Liu Pei expounded on the necessity of establishing the industry school. The establishment of this industry school is the result of the in-depth integration of the advantageous resources of both sides and will become a cradle for cultivating compound language service talents in the future.

Xia Ting said that the cooperation of the Intelligent Language Service Industry School with the School of Foreign Languages nowadays is a strategic choice. This paradigm of integrating liberal arts and engineering is conducive to the professional development of the School of Information Engineering. It can break disciplinary boundaries, while cultivate comprehensive talents with both information technology and language service skills, and precisely meets the market's demand for applied talents.

After the unveiling ceremony, the representatives of the school and enterprises held in-depth discussions on the construction of the industry school. Teachers from the School of Foreign Languages and the School of Information Engineering hoped to have in-depth cooperation with enterprises in core aspects such as teaching staff, courses, and practical training.
