From May 26th to 31st, the Hubei Intercollegiate Futsal League was held at the Gymnasium of Hubei University. Under the guidance of head coach Chen Zhen, HXIT's football team fought bravely and ultimately secured the fourth place in the Men's Campus Group B.
In the group stage, the team members were in excellent form. With tacit cooperation and tenacious fighting spirit, they consecutively defeated strong opponents and successfully advanced to the knockout stage. Facing higher-intensity confrontation, the whole team always maintained high morale and won the respect of the whole audience with their tenacious fighting spirit and excellent team performance.
Liu Tao, Dean of the School of Physical Education, spoke highly of the team's performance and pointed out that this achievement highlights the effectiveness of HXIT's physical education in student development. He emphasized that HXIT has consistently provided comprehensive support for training and competitions, and will continue to support the team members in enhancing their technical and tactical abilities in the future.
