Huang Min, Guest Professor of HXIT and Assistant to the CTO of Voyah Auto Technology Co., Ltd., has been selected as the "2025 Hubei Industrial Professor".

Since assuming the position of Assistant to the CTO of Voyah Auto in 2019, Huang Min has long focused on research into key technologies of new energy and intelligent connected vehicles, achieving remarkable results. In 2023, he was awarded the Special Government Allowance by the State Council and was titled "Hubei Excellent Mentor".

Since 2023, Huang Min has actively promoted the school-enterprise cooperation between HXIT and Voyah Auto, assisting in the co-construction of the "School of Intelligent Manufacturing". He also participated in the revision of the 2024 talent cultivation program for the Vehicle Engineering major, integrating enterprise needs and industry trends; and jointly developed the school-enterprise cooperative course Structure and Principle of New Energy Vehicles with the teaching team, which has been approved for project initiation. In practical teaching, he guides students' graduation projects, coordinates enterprise resources to provide internship and training platforms for students, and introduces expert resources to conduct cutting-edge technology lectures, deepening the integration of industry and education and the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism.

Qi Hongfang, Executive Dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, stated that HXIT will take industrial professors as a link to make continuous breakthroughs in the new energy vehicle field, cultivate high-quality applied talents, and contribute to the high-quality development of the regional industry.
