On December 7th, the 7th "Chaoxing Cup" National University Blended Teaching Design Innovation Competition concluded at Wuhan University. Three faculty teams from HXIT stood out from the fierce competition among universities nationwide with their solid curriculum foundation, innovative design ideas and outstanding live presentations, winning one second prize, one third prize and one merit award respectively.



HXIT attached great importance to this competition, regarding it as an important platform for deepening teaching reform and improving teaching quality.Spanning internal selection, course refinement, and pre-competition coaching, HXIT provided full-process and all-round support, empowered the teaching teams explore blended teaching models and optimize teaching design schemes.
The award-winning courses leveraged high-quality online resources, integrated the advantages of online independent learning and offline face-to-face teaching, and adhered to the student-centered philosophy. They featured distinct characteristics in learning situation analysis, content reconstruction and other links, combined cutting-edge academic research with industrial needs, and incorporated digital intelligence technology and curriculum-based ideological and political education. While embodying the high-level, innovation and challenge of the courses, they effectively improved students' comprehensive abilities, demonstrating the remarkable achievements of HXIT's teaching reform.
This competition is listed in the Competition Catalog of University Teachers by the Chinese Society of Higher Education, serving as an important indicator for measuring the teaching level of university teachers. With the purpose of "promoting construction, application and teaching reform through competitions", this session attracted the participation of excellent teaching teams from many universities across the country after three rounds of rigorous evaluation, the event proved to be both highly competitive and influential.
