On the morning of March 20, the special recruitment activity of HXIT for the 2024 "Students Gathering Han" project of "Employment in Wuhan and Winning the Future", “Waiting for You to Come" Spring Large-scale Job Fair Event for 2024 graduates was held on Huaxia Avenue. On the day of the event, 4,316 people entered, 3,074 resumes were received, and 1,129 people initially reached their intentions.

A number of leaders of HXIT, leaders from Xiantao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Talent Center, and leaders from Wenzhou Longwan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau visited the job fair event for on-site guidance. Teachers of the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center, members of the employment working group of each school and counselors of the graduating class participated in and guided the whole process.

Each recruiting unit introduced the basic situation of the company and job recruitment needed to job-seeking students by setting up publicity display boards and distributing recruitment manuals. Graduates held resumes in hand, actively communicated with companies, and communicated with the person in charge of the recruiting unit on issues related to the job. The job fair event also attracted many junior students to come to the site to observe, understand the needs of the industry in advance, look for internship positions, and feel the employment atmosphere.

In order to ensure the efficient and high-quality development of students' employment work, a number of experienced teachers provided a number of guidance to graduates on the spot, encouraging graduates to show their personal strengths in interviews. It is hoped that through a series of assistance measures, students can truly master the skills of interviewing and job hunting, and help students find suitable and favorite positions as soon as possible.
