From September 13 to 14, HXIT's Wutong Lake Campus witnessed incoming students for registration. 198 freshmen who had joined a pre-campus training camp volunteered on the front lines of the welcome effort.

Having received specialized training on themes like "Student Cadre Cultivation and Growth" and "Promoting Volunteer Spirit", they adopted a "newcomers welcoming newcomers" approach—offering guidance, answering questions, and helping with luggage—demonstrating a youthful spirit of dedication and mutual support.

School leaders said that this model embodies the principle of "coming from students and working for students." It not only helps freshmen integrate more quickly but also builds their skills. HXIT will continue to innovate its training programs and create hands-on opportunities to help students grow through service.
